INNO DAYS 2026 returns to Karlsruhe on 15–16 July with a timely focus on one of the biggest shifts now taking place across industrial technology: the collapse of isolated security, AI, compliance, and software business discussions into a single operational challenge.
Hosted by Wibu-Systems at its headquarters in Karlsruhe, this year’s event brings together leaders from industry, research, government, and cybersecurity to examine how industrial systems are changing under the pressure of AI adoption, supply chain exposure, software-defined business models, and new regulatory expectations such as the Cyber Resilience Act.

The agenda moves well beyond theory
Sessions from Siemens, TRUMPF, KIT, Schneider Electric, VDMA, CODESYS, OSADL, and Wibu-Systems will explore trusted AI, secure industrial communications, confidential computing, software protection, licensing, lifecycle security, open source compliance, and coordinated cyber response.
One of the strongest themes running through this year’s programme is that trust is no longer a policy layer sitting above technology. It is becoming part of the architecture itself.
The event will also feature the roundtable discussion:
“Beyond the Breach: Responding to Digital Vulnerabilities with Agility”
Panelists include representatives from the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), Schneider Electric, VDMA, and Wibu-Systems, moderated by Steve Atkins, Publisher & Editor of The Quantum Space.
The discussion will examine what resilience actually looks like once prevention alone is no longer enough — including continuous monitoring, coordinated response, enforceable controls, operational accountability, and the growing role of evidence-driven cybersecurity.
For anyone working across industrial cybersecurity, software monetization, AI infrastructure, digital trust, or operational resilience, INNO DAYS 2026 looks set to be one of the more substantive industry conversations of the summer.
